The Ronen® Nut and Bolt Sorting Machine, designed to meet manufacturers’ needs, can sort nuts and bolts by size. You just need to pour the mixed batches of nuts and bolts into the feeder, and the machine will use small screens to sort them into different bins. It can handle common sizes and doesn't require constant adjustments.
The Nut and Bolt Sorting Machine is specifically designed to sort and classify the produced products by specifications and to identify defective items. The vibrating conveyor feeds them into the inspection area and then sorts them into different trays according to the preset specifications.
The Nut and Bolt Sorting Machine can automatically sort mixed fasteners into specific categories.
