The Self Drilling Screw Washer Assembly Machine automatically secures screws and washers together. It comes with a built-in drill bit—you won’t need to do any drilling at all. The washers are locked into place, preventing loosening, and the assembly process is complete.
The Self Drilling Screw Washer Assembly Machine has fully automatic operation capabilities and can complete the core processes of precise screw feeding, precise washer feeding, and positioning the washer under the screw head in sequence, without the need for human intervention in key assembly steps. The screws and washers are fed into two hoppers respectively, and then sorted and aligned by the machine, and finally the washers are accurately put on the screw shafts. Finally, the machine delivers them neatly.
