The Ronen® Screwing Threading Machine can easily cut the threads of screws. Just insert the screw blank, set the thread size, and you can start working. It is suitable for manufacturers working with common screw materials, such as steel and brass, and no complicated adjustments are required.
The Screwing Threading Machine is specifically designed for processing screw threads on various parts. Whether it is tapping internal threads in the holes on the metal plate, or machining external threads on the outer circle of the rod-shaped part, it can do it. The process is simple.
The Screwing Threading Machine can machine external threads on cylindrical workpieces. It usually uses rotating cutting dies to close the workpiece. When the dies rotate and advance along the length of the workpiece, they cut the metal, thereby creating an accurate spiral thread profile. This process forms the external threads required for fastening.
The Screwing Threading Machine mainly uses self-opening die heads. These die heads are equipped with multiple segmented cutting molds. When closed, the molds form a complete thread contour around the workpiece. After cutting to the desired thread length, the molds automatically radially open, allowing the workpiece to be removed without reversing the main shaft, thereby speeding up the production process.
The Machine requires straight bars or rods. The feed mechanism includes a material box loader for pre-cutting the length or a long bar feeding system. Consistent positioning is crucial for ensuring that the threads start from the correct position and reach the specified thread length accurately on each part.

The feature of the Screwing Threading Machine is that it is easy to operate. The tool has markings that allow for precise control of the thread depth. The small machine is also lightweight, and some even have wheels, enabling it to be pushed to the vicinity of the parts for operation. This eliminates the need to struggle to move heavy parts. Moreover, the requirements for the shape of the parts are not strict. Irregular parts can still be screwed onto the thread when they are securely clamped.
