The manufacturer of the Ronen® High Speed Multi Station Nut Former Machine has engineered it to complete the shaping of the nut blank in one step through 4-6 stations (wire cutting, upsetting, hexagonal forming, edge trimming). You just need to insert the metal wire and set the size of the nut. The machine will operate automatically.
The High Speed Multi Station Nut Former Machine rapidly transforms metal wire into nut blanks through a series of consecutive cold extrusion operations at multiple stations. There are generally 4 to 6 workstations, and each workstation has clearly defined responsibilities.

The Nut Former Machine can quickly manufacture nuts using wire or bar materials. It forms the blank and feeds it into multiple stations for punching, drilling and tapping. This high-speed process is crucial for efficient production of large quantities of standard nuts in the construction and automotive industries.
You insert a coil of steel wire into the High Speed Multi Station Nut Former Machine. The machine cuts a blank piece and then transfers it to multiple forming stations. Each station performs different operations, such as forming hexagons, drilling guide holes, and finally tapping internal threads. All of these are completed in a continuous cycle.
To set up the Nut Former Machine, a set of dedicated tools needs to be installed for each workstation. These tools (hammers and molds) are customized according to the size and type of the nuts you want to produce. Once the setup is completed, the machine can run the nut design for a long time with almost no manual intervention.
The key features of the High Speed Multi Station Nut Former Machine are excellent workstation coordination and durable molds. The movements of each workstation are synchronized. As soon as the previous workstation finishes pressing the raw material, the next workstation immediately takes over the processing without any interruption. Therefore, very few defective products are produced. The mold is made of high-strength alloy and has undergone surface hardening treatment.
