The Rivet Nut Making machine is specifically designed to process metal pipes or wires into rivet nuts. The riveted nut is a part with internal threads that can be fixed by riveting. The machine can transform raw materials into the final product shape.

The Rivet Nut Making machine is used for manufacturing rivet nuts. A rivet nut is a threaded insert used to form a strong thread on thin sheet materials. This machine continuously forms the entire rivet nut from wire, including the tubular body, head and internal thread. Due to the unique tubular and deformable design of the part, this is completely different from the production method of standard nuts.

The Rivet Nut Making machine first rolls the metal wire into it. The wire is then fed through the straightening machine to eliminate any bends. Next, the precision cutting machine cuts the wire into blanks of a specific length. The length of the blanks determines the final length of the rivet nut body.

After the hollow body is formed, the machine will cut the internal thread. Insert a rotating tap into the hole to form the internal thread. This tapping process is a standard tapping operation, but it is carried out on the thin wall of the pre-formed tubular body of the rivet nut.
