Ronen®, the manufacturer, produces the Automatic 4 Die 4 Blow Bolt Making Machine, which forms bolt blanks via four mold steps and four forging processes: wire cutting, upsetting, head forming, final trimming. Operators only need occasional output checks, no constant watch.
The Automatic 4 Die 4 Blow Bolt Making Machine uses four sets of molds and four consecutive stamping processes to automatically transform metal wire into bolt blanks. During the production process, no workers are needed to intervene. The machines will complete the entire process by themselves.
The bolt making machine processes the metal wire into bolts in four steps. It cuts a section of the metal wire and then feeds it into four stations. At each station, the punch will press the metal wire to form different parts of the bolt, such as the bolt head or the bolt tip. Eventually, a finished bolt is produced.
Place a coil of steel wire into the Automatic 4 Die 4 Blow Bolt Making Machine. During processing, the machine first straightens the steel wire, then cuts it into preset lengths, and finally shapes it through continuous processing to make finished bolts. This automated process is designed to efficiently produce a large quantity of bolts. This process combines what used to be multiple separate steps into a continuous operation on a single machine.
The bolt making machine will directly feed the material. The first die cuts the wire and forms the initial shape of the head. The second die shapes the head more clearly (such as the edges of a hexagonal head). The third die processes the rod part (simple steps or reduction in diameter). The fourth die finishes the head and the rod part, and finally, the finished blank is automatically sent out.

The selling point of the Automatic 4 Die 4 Blow Bolt Making Machine is "fully automatic + four mold forming". It is highly efficient and saves labor. From the perspective of process effects, the four-mold four-blow process can produce products with higher precision than the two-mold two-blow process through more precise molding control. The arc transition of the head of the round head bolt is uniform and continuous without obvious deviation; the hexagonal structure of the hexagonal head bolt is well symmetrical, and the dimensional error of each side is controllable. There is no need for subsequent grinding, and the waste rate is lower.
