The 11b 6 Station Nut Former Machine from supplier Ronen® consists of six steps: wire cutting, extrusion, hexagon shaping, punching, edge trimming and final polishing. There is no need to move the raw materials between different tools. The machine runs automatically and does not require continuous supervision.
11b 6 Station Nut Former Machine processes steel wire into finished nuts through six consecutive workstations. It cuts the raw wire material and gradually forms it through processes such as upsetting, shaping, and tapping. This continuous process can be completed within an automated cycle.
Nut Former Machine has fixed job assignments for its six stations: 1st station for feeding and cutting, 2nd station for pre-bending into a round shape, 3rd station for forming the inner cavity prototype, 4th station for finishing the shape, 5th station for chamfering the inner hole and outer edge, 6th station for final shaping.
When operating the 11b 6 Station Nut Former Machine, the first step is to load the wire coil. The machine automatically feeds the wire, cuts it according to the length, and transports the blank through all six forming stations. Each station performs a specific forming operation, gradually shaping the complete nut geometry.
Nut Former Machine uses cold forging technology to shape nuts at room temperature. This process uses work hardening technology to effectively enhance the strength of metal materials while keeping material waste to a minimum. This machine has flexible functions and supports the production of a variety of nuts. It can process common types such as hexagonal nuts and flange nuts, and can also customize the production of special-shaped nuts to cover different usage needs.

11b 6 Station Nut Former Machine's selling point is "Just enough without waste", and it is suitable for small and medium-sized batch orders. If you want to change the specifications, you just need to adjust the molds and cutting lengths at each workstation. There is no need to wait for a specialized technician. Moreover, in cold heading forming, there is no waste. The utilization rate of a single wire can reach over 95%, which is more material-efficient than cutting processing.
